Women’s Day Celebration at Tilara Polyplast Pvt. Ltd.
The world celebrates Women’s Day on every 8th of the March month. People celebrate Women’s Day in their own style. At Tilara Polyplast Pvt. Ltd. We celebrated the Women’s Day to empower women with lot more entertainment. We do many activities for women welfare and empower them. International Women’s Day was special for women working at Tilara Group Company.
Started the event with Cake Cutting Ceremony:
Tilara Group Company’s 20-25 females gathered at the factory. There was also presence of Tilara Group Company’s Directors Mr. Rameshbhai Tilara, Manojbhai Tilara, Kishorbhai Tilara, Jaysukhbhai Tilara, Brijeshbhai Tilara and Miteshbhai Tilara. The event started with cake cutting ceremony at our factory office at Shapar, Rajkot, India.
Women Empowerment Presentation:
After the cake cutting ceremony, the event proceeded with Women empowerment presentation by the HR. Beautiful presentation of women empowerment motivated all the females working at Tilara Group Company.
Motivational Speech by the directors:
Motivational speech by the directors was really influential. The directors told about the importance of women in our society and how women make difference at work place. The speech concluded in the message that it is nearly impossible to make anything happen without woman anywhere at work place or in the life. The speech given by directors was appreciated by all the women employees and they applauded after the completion.
Giveaway for Women Employees:
The event proceeded with gift giveaway to all women employees of Tilara Group Company. All women employees were happy to have the beautiful gift which can be useful in their kitchen.
Celebration with sports - Musical Chair:
Female employees celebrated the day with sports activity – Musical Chair and had a lot of fun.
Kuch Mitha Ho Jaye:
The event ended with having ice cream and desert.
